Contact Us

We believe that connection with nature can help to heal those suffering from something all too common in today’s world - stress & burnout.

Along with our small herb farm, apothecary & nursery where we grow a variety of medicinal herbs naturally using organic and permaculture methods, we also offer nature connection courses and workshops. We focus on plants and activities that help heal stress & burnout - things we use ourselves for our own stress related illnesses. We want to provide the tools that empower you to continue to heal yourself just like we have!

Whether you're seeking natural remedies, natural cleaning supplies, or simply connecting with the earth’s gifts, we strive to provide products and services that support wellness, sustainability, and a deeper connection to nature.

  • No Till

    • We avoid all tilling on our farm to help keep the soil as healthy as possible.
    • Healthy soil with good structure = healthy plants and an ecosystem that works together to control any pests.
  • No Pesticides or Herbicides

    • Since we let our farm run like an ecosystem, we have minimal pest problems. For any major problems that may arise, we will introduce beneficial insects such as ladybugs to assist us.
    • We also built our beds in a way that limits weed seed germination initially and have very few issues with weeds.  By not tilling the soil and adding mulch each spring, we are also limiting weeds.
  • Smart Design

    • By following Permaculture design methods, we have been able to enhance the soil on our land, reduce erosion (we grow on a hillside), and increase production substantially.
    • Stay tuned for many new blog posts that include details on our designs that could work for you too!

Land Acknowledgement

We acknowledge that the land on which we live, work, and farm is the ancestral and unceded territory of the Wappinger people. We recognize their deep and enduring relationship with this land, and we honor their history, culture, and traditions that continue to shape this place.

We offer our respect to the Wappinger and all Indigenous peoples past, present, and future, and we commit ourselves to learning from and supporting their ongoing efforts to preserve their heritage, sovereignty, and rights.

As stewards of this land, we aim to farm with respect for the environment, mindful of the history that came before us, and the people who first cultivated this land for thousands of years.
