This facial steam naturally helps gently clear airways, such as the sinuses, when feeling congested. The process of face steaming is also incredible calming and meditative, providing additional benefits to nervous system.

Peppermint naturally contains menthol which acts as a natural decongestant to help loosen mucus and open airways.

Mullein is a natural expectorant and anti-inflammatory which has been known to help loosen congestion and relieve sinus pressure.

Oregano has antimicrobial and antiviral properties, helping the body fight off illnesses that can lead to congestion, such as cold and flu.

Ingredients: chamomile*, peppermint*, lemon balm*, mullein leaf*, lavender*, rosemary*, oregano*

Usage: Add 2 Tbsp to a bowl. Pour 4–6 cups hot water over botanicals. Steam face for 10 min, covering head with a towel. Follow with toner. Use weekly.
