Herbal Facial Steam

This facial steam naturally deep cleans the skin & pores while also hydrating and increasing circulation. The process of face steaming is also incredible calming and meditative, providing benefits to both the skin and nervous system.

Chamomile has been known to help reduces redness, sooth sunburn and acne, and provide light hydration making it ideal for sensitive, dry, or irritated skin.

Rose is rich in vitamins C and E and is known to help with hydrating, soothing, and toning the skin while also reducing redness.

Calendula is one of the best and most well-known herbs for skincare. It has been found to improve skin's elasticity and hydration, is mildly antimicrobial, relieves inflammation, has been known to help with wound healing.

Nettle Leaf is one of the most nutrient-rich plants around, particularly rich is vitamins A & C. It has antibacterial properties, is packed with antioxidants, supports skin elasticity & repair, and has been known to calm skin conditions like eczema & psoriasis.

Ingredients: chamomile*, nettle leaf*, peppermint*, calendula, rose petals*, lavender*, rosemary*

Usage: Add 2 Tbsp to a bowl. Pour 4–6 cups hot water over botanicals. Steam face for 10 min, covering head with a towel. Follow with toner. Use weekly.
